Charged me a $30 "late fee but then Denied doing so saying they don't charge a fee. Asked for proof which I provided 3x and they still said it wasn't them. Poor service
Which brings me to my third item. Your customer service is beyond rude! Matthew hung up on us, he was rude the entire conversation. Said there was nothing he could do and we'd have to wait. My elderly grandparents depended on this to be completed today and we can't because of your incompetence. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint. I also know dozens of other customers they have and I know they are just as fed up, and will be doing the same.
Secondly, you need to pay attention where you put the red locks to lock people out. My 80 year old grandparents were wrongfully locked out of their unit. The unit next to them was suppose to be locked. Called customer.
First off, when a storage building is flooded, you need to call people!
Absolutely deplorable company. They are on A FEMA flood plane and refuse to disclose it to their customers simply because they do not legally have to. I lost thousands of dollars and the majority of pictures/posessions of my late husband . You trust a storage company to keep your things safe. Please do not trust red dot with any of your possessions you may as well store them outside and hope for the best. They do not care that they are con artists nor do they care about their customers. Vile monsters .
Love that its easy to pay on, and they keep you notified on any changes.
It was another place they just bought it out here in New Lexington Ohio and it seemed like they was really crappy with people already had storage there you know I mean I was one of them and yes I got my stuff out of there and told me and shove it
